中国特色农业农村现代化的历史方位与发展战略
On the Historical Status and Development Strategy of Agricultural and Rural Modernization in China
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural and rural modernization stands as a pivotal emblem of national modernization.In this new historical juncture,after analyzing its development foundation and the current situation,the author points out the strategic priorities for agricultural and rural modernization,and puts forward some policy suggestions.The findings are as follows:although nowadays agricultural and rural modernization in China possess conditions to move to-wards a higher level,yet,compared with developed countries,it still faces challenges:enough but still not abundant food,the scale of agriculture be-ing large enough but not strong enough.Therefore,in order to promote agricultural and rural modernization in China,the author proposes the following suggestions:strengthening food security,improving the industrial chains in rural areas,building a low-carbon ecology,fostering picturesque and harmo-nious countryside,carrying on the farming traditions,increasing farmers'incomes,creating self-reliant agricultural science and technology,establishing a supervise mechanism in which the top leaders,the party secretaries,in five-level governments are responsible for the rural prosperity,opening every possible channels to attract diverse capital into agricultural and rural sectors,refining the urban-rural integration system and mechanism,applying sci-entific innovation in agricultural modernization.关键词
