基于"学科-科教-产教"多维融合的能源动力拔尖创新人才培养模式探索与实践

Abstract
Under the guidance of China's"dual carbon"strategy and energy strategy,the cultivation of graduate students in the energy power category is particularly important.Currently,the main problem facing the cultivation of graduate students in the energy power category in China is that the cultivation model does not match the requirements of top-notch innovative talents in the new era.The main problems include:a single disciplinary background,outdated course systems;outdated teaching content and outdated knowledge systems;weak practical abilities and weak practical links.This article conducts research on the above three aspects and proposes a multi-dimensional integration idea of"discipline-science and education-industry and education"integration,constructing an innovative energy power category graduate student cultivation model.This model helps to cultivate energy power category graduate students into top-notch innovative talents in the new era to meet the urgent needs of the new era.The ideas and cultivation models proposed in this article have important reference value for the cultivation of graduate students in the energy power category.关键词
