Abstract
Aiming at the demand analysis of the comprehensive management capability requirements of the campaign warehouse,the grey quality function deployment(GQFD)method based on grey correlation analysis is proposed.First of all,according to the"task-capability"analysis demand idea of the campaign warehouse,a demand analysis model of the comprehensive management capability of the campaign warehouse is established.Based on the demand analysis model of the comprehensive management capability of the campaign warehouse,a quality house model of the comprehensive management capability of the campaign warehouse with the grey correlation analysis is established.Finally,the order of the importance of the comprehensive management capability demand of the campaign warehouse with the automatic processing capability of the warehouse business as the most important demand is calculated.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example analysis,which provides an important basis for the planning and development of the next campaign warehouse.关键词
