为促进十堰地区不同油橄榄品种果实的生产,2022年11月,将十堰地区油橄榄云台、皮削利、鄂植8号、阿尔波萨纳、豆果、奇迹的果实采收后,检测相关农艺性状、总酸和可溶性固形物百分比含量,并进行相关性分析,主成分分析.结果表明,11月份,不同油橄榄品种的果实成熟度、农艺性状存在不同的差异性,但油橄榄云台的果实纵横径、单果重、干物质占比最大,果肉可溶性固形物含量为8.30%~9.88%、总酸百分含量为1.06%~1.92%,可采收;油橄榄阿尔波萨纳、豆果…查看全部>>
