Marxist Origin,Historical Inheritance and New Era Development of the Party's Self-revolution Thought

Abstract
The Party's thought on self-revolution embodies the essence of the thought of"staying true to our original aspi-ration and keeping our mission firmly in mind",and contributes the Chinese wisdom of solving the unique problems of the major Party.The classic Marxist writers'discourses on the advanced nature,purity,revolutionary and critical nature of the Communists provide the classical sources for the thought on the Party's self-revolution.The century-long Party-building of the CPC reflects the historical inheritance of the courageous self-revolution.General Secretary Xi Jinping formally put for-ward the important proposition of the strategic thinking of the Party's self-revolution and elaborated on such important the-ses as promoting a great social revolution with the Party's self-revolution,and many practical initiatives of Party-building have contributed to the development of the idea of self-revolution in a new era.The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further emphasizes that the CPC has found a second answer to self-revolution,which breaks out of the historical cycle of prosperity and decline in governance.This fully demonstrates that the strategic thinking of the Party's self-revolution is a new development of Marxism's theory of Party-building and an important achievement of the si-nicization and modernization of Marxism.关键词
