Abstract
Objective To investigate the related factors for early intracranial hematoma progression in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 180 patients with traumatic brain injury who were treated in Hebi City People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2022,and according to the presence or absence of early intracranial hematoma progression,they were divided into progression group with 54 patients and control group with 126 patients.A multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors for early intracranial hematoma progression in patients with traumatic brain injury.Results The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that multiple hematoma,preoperative hematoma volume≥20 cm3,and fibrinogen<2 g/L were risk factors for early intracranial hematoma progression in patients with traumatic brain injury(P<0.05).Conclusion Multiple hematoma,preoperative hematoma volume≥20 cm3,and fibrinogen<2 g/L are risk factors for early intracranial hematoma progression in patients with traumatic brain injury,and clinical monitoring should be strengthened for high-risk patients.关键词
