基于井下参数测量的钻柱运动特征及异常状态分析方法OA
Analysis of drill string movement and working condition recognition based on down-hole engineering parameter measurement data
随着石油勘探开发的不断深入,井下地质构造越来越复杂,井下钻柱/钻头等工作环境更加恶劣,对井下复杂工况做出准确及时的判断是钻井过程中面临的主要难题之一.传统的地面录井手段由于所测数据不是井底真实数据,并且数据传输存在时效性等问题,已难以满足超深井等复杂井安全钻井需求.为此,研制了井下工程参数测量仪,该仪器能够实现井下钻压、扭矩、振动、管内压力、环空压力、温度等工程参数的精确测量、采集与存储,具有采集频率高、存储容量大、安全系数高等特点,能够获取井下近钻头处真实的工程参数,为提速工具优化设计、井下复杂工况诊断、优快钻井方案的制定提供了技术支撑.现场试验测试数据的分析验证表明,该仪器测得的各数据同现场实际工况和井下状态相互吻合.
With the development of oil exploration and development,the underground geological structure is becoming more and more complex,and the working environment such as the downhole drill string/bit is worse.How to make accurate and timely judgment of the complex downhole conditions is one of the main problems in the drilling process.Traditional surface logging methods are unable to meet the safety drilling needs of complex wells such as ultra deep wells due to the fact that the measured data is not real data from the bottom of the well and the timeliness of data transmission.For this purpose,an underground engineering parameter measuring instrument has been developed,which can achieve accurate measurement,collection,and storage of engineering parameters such as downhole drilling pressure,torque,vibration,pipe pressure,annular pressure,temperature,etc.It has the characteristics of high collection frequency,large storage ca-pacity,and high safety factor.It can obtain real engineering parameters near the drill bit underground,opti-mize the design of acceleration tools,diagnose complex underground working conditions.Besides,it pro-vides technical support for the diagnosis of downhole complex working conditions and the formulation of opti-mal drilling program.Through the analysis and verification of the field test data,it shows that the data measured by the instrument are consistent with the actual field conditions and the downhole conditions.
