Abstract
Taking the power system with distributed power generation as the research object,the mobile power supply capabil-ity of mobile emergency powers and the temporary power supply capability of stationary energy storage device are used to ensure the power supply continuity and reliability of important loads in several isolated islands.Aiming at maximizing load recovery and mini-mizing power outage loss,a dynamic optimal dispatching model of mobile emergency powers is constructed.At the same time,an improved adaptive harmony search algorithm is proposed by improving the original harmony search algorithm.Finally,a case study verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed adaptive search harmony algorithm.关键词
