Abstract
Data quality evaluation is an important link in the construction of equipment test data engineering.According to the characteristics of equipment test data,this paper constructs the equipment test data quality evaluation index system,and proposes a data quality evaluation algorithm based on the combination of AHP and rule base.The algorithm first determines the index weight through AHP method,and then establishes the quality inspection rule base based on data quality index,and evaluates the data qual-ity according to the rules.The test shows that the evaluation result of the algorithm is objective,reasonable and effective.关键词
