Cr掺杂Ca2Ga2GeO7宽带近红外光材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Photoluminescence Properties of Cr-Doped Ca2Ga2GeO7 Broadband Near-Infrared Materials

Abstract
A series of Cr-doped Ca2Ga2GeO7 near-infrared luminescence materials with different doping concentrations were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.The structures,morphologies and luminescence properties of the materials were investigated in detail by using the techniques of X-ray dif-fraction combined Rietveld refinement,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,photoluminescence emission and excitation spectra,Raman spectra,diffuse reflectance spectra and time-resolved fluorescence spectra.The experimental results showed that Cr was doped into the Ca2Ga2GeO7 lattice and existed in the form of mixed valence of Cr3+and Cr4+.Under the excitation of 460 nm,the samples exhibited broadband near-infrared emission,covering NIR Ⅰ and NIR Ⅱ region and possessing good luminescence thermal stability.Ca2Ga2GeO7:Cr showed good luminescence thermal stability,which is po-tentially valuable for the application in the field of near-infrared light source for the conversion of blue light LEDs.关键词
