儿童股骨颈骨折不愈合的研究进展
Research advances of femoral neck fracture nonunion in children
摘要
Abstract
Recently pediatric femoral neck fractures have occurred frequently due to such high-energy traumas as traffic accidents and falls from heights.Surgical reduction and internal fixation are routinely per-formed for displaced pediatric femoral neck fractures.As compared to other pediatric skeletal injuries,femoral neck fractures carry a high incidence of complications and unfavorable outcomes.Femoral neck nonunion(FNN)is a common complication of femoral neck fractures in children.However,its proper treatment has re-mained a major clinical challenge.This review summarized various risk factors leading to FNN and offered an o-verview of recent researches to guide the prevention and management of FNN in children.关键词
