Design and Analysis of Residual Film Picking Mechanism Based on Cycloid Motion
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of the residual film collector which the effect of picking up is not ideal,a single picking up rate is low,complex structure,high failure rate,designed the residual film collector mechanism based on cy-cloid motion.Through the mechanism analysis and field experiments,it is determined that the operation speed of the re-sidual film recovery machine is 4~7km/h,the speed of the picking mechanism is 60 r/min,the depth of the film teeth is 100 mm,the number of the circumferential film teeth is 4,the Angle is 90°,a total of teeth is 34,the axial tooth dis-tance is 150 mm.When the rotation speed is 60 r/min,the working parts are in the best working condition.This study provides theoretical and practical basis for the improvement and promotion of the collecting mechanism of residual film re-cycling machine in the future.关键词
