一种新型大蒜收获机的研究设计
Research and Design of a New Type Garlic Harvester
摘要
Abstract
According to the current situation of garlic planting and harvesting machinery in China,a new type of garlic harvester was designed through comparison,research and experiment.Through the production test and performance test,the working quality and performance parameters of the device accord with the research and design indexes,the utility model has the agricultural functions of shoveling head,shoveling soil and garlic,conveying cylinder,separating soil and garlic,collecting and unloading materials,etc..The test data show that the design solves the problems such as compli-cated structure design and high production cost of similar machines and tools,unsuitable separation and use of harvester and tractor,complicated transmission structure and inconvenient maintenance of Harvester,manual picking and bag transportation,etc.,the utility model has the advantages of high harvest efficiency and quality,stable performance,high reliability,low operation cost,simple structure,easy manufacture,and good popularization and application value.关键词
