履带式联合收割机的振动控制方法研究
Research on Vibration Control Method of Crawler Combine Harvester

Abstract
The traditional vibration control method of combine harvester is mainly based on the technical analysis of the operator's relevant experience,so the efficiency is low and the vibration reduction effect is not significant.In response to the above problems,this study proposes a new vibration control method for crawler combine harvester,based on the en-gine and cutting structure as the research object,based on the results of force analysis and structural dynamics analysis of the cutting structure,and then obtain each force and moment,calculate and solve the optimal combination of weight dis-tribution position and mass,and then solve the vibration problem of the cutting structure of self-propelled combine har-vester,based on vibration theory and modern design methods,the vibration control of combine harvester engine is estab-lished through model analysis and finite element calculation,and vibration damping model is established.The field test results show that the model proposed in this study can effectively improve the vibration state of the crawler combine har-vester,and the vibration level of the combine harvester is reduced by 45%~76%during field operation.关键词
