顶出式水稻有序抛秧机取秧系统的设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Rice Seedling Picking System of Rice Throwing Mechanism

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low transplanting efficiency,leakage of rice seedlings and difficult recovery of plas-tic pot seedling plate in existing rice seedling throwing machine,a kind of orderly rice seedling taking system of hard-disk seedling raising and ejecting machine was designed,which was composed of sending mechanism,ejecting mechanism and returning mechanism.The maximum ejecting speed of the CAM was obtained by designing and analyzing the face CAM of ejecting mechanism.ANSYS software is used to analyze the strength and fatigue life of the face CAM,and its maximum stress,maximum displacement deformation,maximum fatigue life and safety factor are obtained.The test re-sults showed that the qualified rate of plant spacing was 98%,the hole rate was 3.2%,and the damage rate of rice disc was 0%,which could meet the requirements of transplanting seedlings at the speed of prototype v = 1.5km/h and planting frequency was 1300 plants/min.关键词
