Abstract
As the main position of training technical talents,higher vocational colleges need to cultivate students'innovation awareness and entrepreneurial ability,coordinate the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education and organically integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education to promote students'employment and entrepreneurship.At present,some practical problems still remain in the talent training system of higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of smooth connection,the insufficient number of teachers,and the imperfect construction of practice platform.Through exploring and constructing the"one main line,two objectives,and multiple carriers"training mode,this paper has practical significance for improving the quality of innovative technical talent training and promoting the all-round development of students.关键词
