Research on the Education of Higher Vocational Preschool Education Major through"Post Course Competition Certificate"Integration
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of talent training for preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,it integrates the job needs of future employment,the requirements of preschool education skills competition and regulations in light of the needs of talent training for preschool education major.It carries out 1+X certificate teaching by integrating courses and certificates and enterprise standards,and constructs the education mode of integrating"post course competition certificate"for preschool education major.In addition,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of teaching evaluation under the mode of integrating"post course competition certificate",so as to improve the training quality of preschool students in higher vocational colleges.关键词
