Design and Test of Shredding Device of Green Feed Harvester
摘要
Abstract
In the animal husbandry industry,silage corn is a high-quality raw material for silage,and the corresponding machine harvest research is very important.The chopper is the core working component of the cutting material,and its structure directly affects the quality of the cutting section of the final feed,the power consumption during the cutting process,and other issues.For this purpose,the hob type shredding device was selected,and the advantages of various hob structures were selected to design this shredding device.The influence of the structure and installation parameters of the blade on its performance is analyzed,and the excellent working parameters are determined through experiments,and the slip cutting angle of 10°,the tilt angle of 5°,the edge grinding angle of 25°,and the forward inclination angle of 60° can ensure that the shredding device works stably,cuts evenly,and consumes low power.关键词
