Design and Simulation of Mechanical-hydraulic Combined Soybean Header Profiling Device

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of large header loss and high impurity content in grain tank caused by limited profiling range of traditional soybean header,a mechanical-hydraulic combined soybean header profiling device is designed,and the profiling range of soybean header is improved by sectional profiling.Based on the geometric relationship of the soy-bean header,the functional relationship between the expansion of the hydraulic cylinder and the change of the header height is constructed,which provides a theoretical support for the adaptive control of the header height.In order to realize the automatic control of the header height,a device to detect header height is designed.And aiming at the problems of the subsidence and pulsation of the profiling plate in the working process,the dynamics simulation is carried out by using Re-curDyn,and the optimal torque of the reset torsion spring is determined to be 16N·m.The profiling effect of soybean header profiling device is verified by field test,which provided a theoretical reference for the design of soybean harvesting machinery.关键词
