鲜食玉米收获机清选装置设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Cleaning Device for Fresh Corn Harvester

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high collision loss rate and low cleaning efficiency of 4YZ-5 self-propelled fresh corn harvester in cleaning process.According to the different impurity densities of fresh corn ears and stems,a cleaning device combining the secondary draft roller and the negative pressure fan was designed,and the theoretical values of the main parameters of the draft roller and the negative pressure fan were determined.Based on this device,three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments were carried out.The cleaning performance and damage characteristics under different parameter combinations were studied,and the optimal combination parameters were determined by experiments.The results showed that when the walking speed was 6.5km/h,the rotating speed of straw roller was 550r/min and the rotating speed of fan was 1000r/min,the impurity rate of corn ear was 6.18%and the loss rate of corn ear was 1.32%.Cleaning stability is good.The test results can provide theoretical basis for fresh corn cleaning device.关键词
