Modular Design of Threshing Device of Harvester Based on Empirical Prediction and Delphi Method

介绍了经验预测和德尔菲法的理论知识,采用经验预测和德尔菲法相结合的方式对收割机脱粒装置模块化设计进行分析和研判,并搭建了收割机脱粒装置专家经验库,实现了收割机脱粒装置的模块化设计.设计实例实验表明:设计的收割机脱粒装置结构合理,方便生产制造,达到了预期的功能,验证了该方法的可行性.

It first introduced the theoretical knowledge of empirical prediction and Delphi method,analyzed and judged the modular design of the harvester threshing device by combining empirical prediction and Delphi method.And it built the expert experience database of the harvester threshing device,and realized the modular design of the harvester threshing device.The design example experiment showed that it is reasonable design for the structure of the threshing device of the harvester,convenient for actual production and manufacturing,and it has achieved the expected function.The feasibility of this method is verified,which is of great significance to the efficient operation of crop threshing.
