摘要

Abstract

In order to further improve the operation efficiency of our country's combined soil preparation machine,opti-mization research was carried on its core operation component structure and control.Taking mathematical modeling as the application guide point,combined with the operation objectives and functional requirements of the combined soil leveler,this paper deeply analyzed the force and energy consumption characteristics of the structure,established the correct process parameter calculation and processing model,synchronously carried out the structural size and position design and sensor intelligent control configuration,and the operation test of the combined soil leveler under the application of mathe-matical modeling was carried out,which showed that:the application analysis based on mathematical modeling,the operation efficiency of the combined soil leveler had been significantly improved,in which the pose accuracy of the rotary tilling parts and the ground crushing rate of the soil crushing parts had been increased by 7.25%and 9.81%respective-ly.This modeling analysis,based on the action mechanism between the soil and the parts,had well reduced the opera-tion resistance and improved the subsoiling qualification rate.The overall efficiency of the whole machine had reached 90.20%.It was a combination of mathematical theoretical analysis,sensing intelligent control.The comprehensive em-bodiment of the detailed optimization of the structure would be a good enlightening significance for similar agricultural ma-chinery soil preparation equipment,would be one of the correct directions to realize intelligent cultivated soil,and would be strong practical and promotional value.
