新时代高职学生宿舍人际关系的现状及对策
Status Quo and Countermeasures of Interpersonal Relationships in Dormitory of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
It investigates dormitory interpersonal relationships of students in some higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province in the new era,and finds that the prevention and control of epidemic situation has had a certain impact on the interpersonal relationships of higher vocational students.Although many higher vocational students'dormitory interpersonal relationships are basically harmonious,there are also some interpersonal conflicts,and the ways of dealing with conflicts are less scientific.This paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of the deep-rooted core socialist values,the negative impact of the epidemic on college students,the perplexity in the virtual communication world,the characteristics of higher vocational students'development at the specific stage and dormitory interpersonal relationships,and puts forward countermeasures to build good dormitory interpersonal relationships for higher vocational students from the perspective of positive psychology.关键词
