基于3D打印关键技术的深松铲结构设计
Structural Design of Subsoiling Shovel Based on 3D Printing Key Technology

Abstract
This paper takes the subsoiling shovel used in farmland farming as the research object,establishes the contour curve of subsoiling shovel handle according to the needs of soil farming process,and designs the subsoiling shovel struc-ture in detail.The shovel tip thickness is 6mm,the shovel tip width is 35mm,the shovel tip penetration angle is 23°,the handle thickness is 25mm and the width is 55mm.The resistance of subsoiling shovel in tillage process is analyzed,and the calculation equation of soil loosening resistance is established.At the same time,3D printing technology is used for reverse engineering rapid prototyping of subsoiling shovel.The simulation results of soil loosening process show that the travel speed in the operation process directly affects the subsoiling shovel resistance in the farming process.When the trav-el speed is 4km/h,4.5km/h and 5km/h,the average resistance of subsoiling shovel is 410N,490N and 575N respec-tively关键词
