Research on Intelligent Paddy Field Grader Based on RTK-GNSS

设计了一种基于 GNSS-RTK 的水田平地机,并根据水田平整作业要求,设计了水田平地机的机械结构、液压及控制系统.控制系统基于 GNSS-RTK 卫星定位技术,采用 Cortex M 3 系列控制器及 RT-Thread 嵌入式实时操作系统完成了平地铲高程的高精度检测,实现了平地铲高度的自动调节.田间试验结果表明:平地机机构设计合理,控制系统运行稳定可靠,平整精度满足要求.研究结果对水田平地机的设计具有一定的参考价值.

A paddy field motor grader based on GNSS-RTK is designed in this study.According to the requirements of paddy field leveling operation,the mechanical structure,hydraulic pressure and control system of paddy field grader are designed.The control system is based on GNSS-RTK satellite positioning technology,adopts Cortex M3 series controller and RT-Thread embedded real-time operating system to complete the high-precision detection of the leveling shovel ele-vation,and realizes the automatic adjustment of the leveling shovel height.The field test results show that the design of the grader mechanism is reasonable,the control system runs stably and reliably,and the leveling accuracy meets the re-quirements.The system has a certain reference value for the study of paddy field graders.
