黑龙江省大白菜几何与物理特性试验研究
Experimental Study on Geometric and Physical Properties of Spring Cabbage in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract
In order to obtain the geometric and physical characteristic parameters of cabbage,the main cabbage varieties grown in Heilongjiang Province-Chunqiu 54,Sijiwang and Zhuangshi 2 were tested and studied.After measuring the geo-metric and physical parameters of cabbage,the average plant heights of Chunqiu 54,Sijiwang and Zhuangshi 2 are 43.6cm,47.7cm,and 36.2cm,the average leaf bulb heights are 29.3cm,39.7cm,and 39.3cm,and the mean leaf bulb diameters are 29.3cm,39.7cm,and 39.3cm,are 18.2cm,24.0cm,and 18.9cm,the mean mass of leaf bulb is 2.27kg,2.24kg,2.91kg,the mean leaf expansion is 44.7cm,43.8cm,39.3cm,and the mean rhizome length is 45.45mm,60.28mm,61.55mm,the mean diameters of rhizomes were 29.16mm,36.5mm,and 31.5mm,and the mean moisture contents were 40.64%,38.59%,and 40.29%;the shear force of the rhizomes of cabbage was tested by an electronic universal testing machine.The average shear force values of cabbage rhizomes of Chunqiu 54,Sijiwang and Zhuangshi 2 were 106.65N,124.10N and 112.67N.This experimental study can provide a theoretical basis and basis for the design of the cabbage harvester and the optimization of related parameters.关键词
