Abstract
The development of academic journals cannot be separated from the construction of the editorial talent team,and improving the quality of the editorial talent team is an important part of the prosperity of academic journals.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of academic journal editors,this article provides a path and strategy for talent team construction in response to the current problems faced by the construction of editorial talent teams,providing reference for the cultivation of academic journal talent teams and the development of journal construction.关键词
