一种创新型茎块收获机的设计与试验
Design and Testing of an Innovative Stem Harvester
摘要
Abstract
After comparing,researching and experimenting on the application status of domestic stem and tubet harvesting equipment,innovative research and design of a kind of excavation,harvesting and returning harvesting equipment have been designed.Through production tests and performance tests,the operation quality and performance parameters of the re-search design equipment conform to the research design indicators,and have agronomic functions such as cutting section rod seedlings,splitting soil,shoveling fruit soil,conveying vibration,fruit soil separation,fruit collection and swing sec-ondary fruit soil separation in production operations.The test proves that the research and design equipment solves the problems of complex structure design,high manufacturing cost,incomplete separation of fruit soil,or manual picking,etc.,and has the characteristics of high harvest efficiency in production function,ensuring stem quality,stable production performance and reliability,moderate manufacturing cost,low production operation cost,and the function of thorough sep-aration of fruit soil and the function of returning seedlings to the field.关键词
