摘要

Abstract

Sugarcane tail is rich in nutrition and is a low-cost feed resource.The feeding of sugarcane tail is the most ef-fective way for local farmers to solve the seasonal food shortage.In this paper,different crushed sugarcane tails(variety:Guitang 42)were selected by sieve screen to simulate the compression state of the bundling chamber in a self-made com-pression tube.Four variable factors of moisture content,crushing particle size,compression speed and feeding quantity were designed,through the quadratic general rotation test with 4 factors and 5 levels,the quadratic regression polynomial model of maximum compression force and moisture content,crushing particle size,compression rate and feeding quantity of crushed sugarcane tail was established.The influence law of single factor and multi-factor on the maximum compression force is obtained.The analysis shows that the maximum compression force decreases with the increase of moisture content,the maximum compression force increases with the increase of crushed particles,and the maximum compression force de-creases slowly at first and then increases with the increase of feeding rate.The maximum compression force increases slowly at first and then increases rapidly with the increase of loading speed.
