Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low intelligence level,poor production efficiency,existing safety hazards and others in the large cross section hard rock excavation working face of the east wing track main roadway of Gaojiazhuang Coal Mine,an intelligent and efficient production mode for the large cross section hard rock excavation working face of Gaojiazhuang Coal Mine is proposed.A large cross section hard rock excavation working face system is formed,an integrated platform for rapid excavation intelligent comprehensive control is established as an center,based on the self moving machine tail,belt conveyor,and dust removal system,taking the excavation anchor integrated machine as the main body,artificial intelligence and automation equipment are integrated with the rapid excavation production activities of large cross section hard rock,achieving intelligent excavation of the large cross section hard rock excavation working face.The intelligent working face excavation achieves the number of per shift workers is reduced by 50%compared to traditional techniques,doubles the rock breaking speed,improves the daily excavation depth from 1.6 m to 4.8 m,and reduces the failure rate by 8%.The intelligent excavation maximizes the efficiency of roadway excavation and manual labor.关键词
