Abstract
Aiming at the limitations of construction conditions,construction technical level and others during the excavation process of the large cross section of the rock roadway at the opening position of the belt uphill and down flat roadway in the 18th mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine,Yongmei Group,the construction efficiency is low,the quality of roadway formation is poor,the difficulty of support is high and other problems.By comparing with the traditional construction technique,it is determined to use layered excavation technique technology for construction.The opening rock roadway section of the belt uphill and down flat roadway adopts a combined strengthening support method of"front probing beam+nut lifting ring"+hydraulic single column+"anchor net spraying+anchor cable".The practice shows that the implementation of layered excavation technology ensures the safe construction of roadways,reduces the frequency of equipment installation,and improves the efficiency of roadway excavation.Through combined strengthening of support,the maximum displacement amount of the roof is 16 mm,and the displacement amount of the two sides is 10 mm.After 13 days of excavation,the stability of the roadway is improved,which can effectively suppress the deformation of the surrounding rock.关键词
