摘要

Abstract

Based on the existing literature research,the optimization design of tractor steering trapezoid is further studied,and an optimization design method aiming at the minimum turning radius of tractor is proposed.Taking the minimum turn-ing radius of the tractor as the optimization objective and the length of the steering arm,the bottom angle of the trapezoid and the transmission angle as the constraints,the relevant mathematical formulas are given through derivation,and the op-timization design model of the tractor steering trapezoid is established.Aiming at the solution of the model,an improved real genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.Finally,an example of the steering trapezoid optimization design model is calculated,and good results are obtained.The turning radius of the optimized tractor is reduced by 0.1039m compared with that before optimization.
