摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems such as the lack of coal flow detection ways for underground belt conveyor and the high cost of coal flow detection equipment,this paper discusses coal flow detection technology from three aspects:key technologies,experimental cases using 3D laser scanners,and systems design of coal flow management and control.Using 3D laser scanning technology,a reflected light signal is generated by scanning the surface of an object with a laser beam,this signal is received by the detector,and the collected optical signal is digitally processed.The software is used to construct the three-dimensional spatial information of the object,complete the reconstruction of the three-dimensional model,calculate the unit volume value,and combine it with the signal value collected by the belt conveyor speed to calculate the unit time coal transportation value of the belt conveyor,apply the final calculation results to the speed adjustment of the target coal conveyor belt,in order to achieve balanced coal flow transportation,reduce the operation loss of no-load and light load of the belt conveyor,and equipment mechanical wear,thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation,consumption reduction,safety,efficient and intelligent operation.
