Abstract
Aiming at the new challenges and opportunities that are proposed for the intelligent construction aspect of coal mine coal preparation systems.Through the cross integration of artificial intelligence technology and coal preparation systems,the intelligence of coal preparation technology is achieved,thereby improving the production efficiency of coal preparation.The intelligent coal preparation system mainly includes six major systems:video safety monitoring system,intelligent coal blending customized production,equipment operation and maintenance system,3D visualization information collection and monitoring system,information management and analysis system,and power distribution safety and power distribution data collection system.Through the design of the intelligent system in Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant,intelligent monitoring of equipment status,intelligent adjustment of production system,and intelligent setting of process parameters are achieved,significantly reducing employee labor intensity,forming a virtuous cycle of production on-site management,providing effective technical support for the efficient and safe operation of the system.关键词
