Abstract
As the inevitable requirement and proper meaning of rural revitalization strategy,rural talent revitalization is the basic premise and important support to promote the high-quality development of rural economy,which is not only reflected in the overall improvement of the quality of cadres to promote the process of agricultural modernization,but also in the fact that the realization of rural revitalization strategy feeds back the high-quality development of rural economy,which has great practical significance.Influenced by various factors of rural development,the high-quality development of rural economy is restricted by talent bottleneck,and the process of agricultural modernization is slow due to insufficient human capital of rural labor force,low quality of cadres and imperfect talent mechanism.In view of this,it is necessary to build an all-round talent cultivation and introduction model,improve the selection,appointment and management of village cadres,and improve the rural talent system and mechanism,so as to build a strong rural talent team system,provide a talent base for rural revitalization,and realize the high-quality development of rural economy.关键词
