摘要

Abstract

As a new non-traditional method,the vibration method can effectively solve the problems of high resistance and high energy consumption in the process of soil tillage or cutting,and has become an important direction for the development of soil cutting and resistance reduction technology.Implement vibration parameters,soil natural vibration characteristic parameters and their coordination and matching were the main research objects of soil vibration cutting re-sistance reduction technology,and all of them will have an important impact on cutting resistance.This paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems and connection laws between the tractive resistance and implements vibration pa-rameters such as vibration frequency,amplitude,vibration angle and speed ratio,as well as between the soil external pa-rameters and soil natural vibration characteristic parameters in different regions.Two common optimization and matching methods of vibration parameters such as control system parameter identification and adaptive control were summarized.Fi-nally,aiming at high drag reduction and low power consumption,the trend and future development direction of soil vibra-tion cutting drag reduction technology were analyzed and prospected.This paper contributes to the effective reduction of cutting resistance in the process of soil tillage,and increases the selection basis for the determination of vibration parame-ters in the design and development of vibratory soil cutting implements.
