Abstract
According to the Notice on Organizing the Implementation of the 2022 National Metrology Comparision Projects requirements,the China Environmental Monitoring Center jointly with the China Institute of Metrology as the leading laboratory,organized the implementation of ozone standard metrology comparison work.Liaoning Provincial Metrology Institute participated in this comparison.According to the provisions of JJG 1077-2012 Ozone Gas Analyzer inspection regulations,the transmission standard ozone gas analyzer(100±10)nmol/mol(20%FS),(250±10)nmol/mol(50%FS),(400±10)nmol/mol(80%FS)three concentration points were tested,and the test results were expressed in terms of the absolute value of the indicator error.This paper introduces the matters needing attention in the calibration of ozone analyzers in detail,evaluates the measurement uncertainty,and analyzes it.关键词
