优良紫花苜蓿品种骑士t在庆阳市的适应性研究
Study on adaptability of high-quality alfalfa variety Knight T in Qingyang

Abstract
The experiment aimed to explore the comprehensive production capacity and adaptability of the high-quality alfalfa variety Knight T in Qingyang City.The experiment used a randomized complete block design to analyze the field production traits,growth vigor,fresh grass yield,nutritional components,and forage value of the introduced variety Knight T,the locally cultivated variety Gan Nong 5,and the Longdong alfalfa.Each variety was tested three times.The results showed that different alfalfa varieties exhibited consistent growth vigor curves,but the growth rates varied at different periods for the same variety.In the planting year(spring sowing),the yield of all three alfalfa varieties was low,but they exhibited superior quality and high nutritional value.The crude protein(CP)content exceeded 20%during the initial flowering period,acid detergent fiber(ADF)content ranged from 28%to 30%,neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content ranged from 35.0%to 38.5%,and the relative forage value(RFV)ranged from 161 to 172.The overwintering rate of Knight T in the planting year was 100%,indicating good cold resistance.In the following year,the first cutting plant height reached 105.24 cm,significantly higher than Gan Nong 5 and Longdong alfalfa(P<0.05).The stem thickness was 3.46 mm,significantly lower than Gan Nong 5(P<0.05).The average fresh grass yield reached 1 235.06 kg/667 m2.Gan Nong 5 exhibited good drought resistance with a summer survival rate of 73.38%,abundant branching,and significantly higher fresh grass yield than Longdong alfalfa(P<0.05).Although Knight T had low fatty acid content,its forage value was high,with a fresh-to-dry ratio of 2.96.The crude protein and phosphorus content reached 22.6%and 0.3%,respectively.ADF and NDF concentrations were 28.8%and 35.97%,respectively.The RFV was 172,relative forage quality(RFQ)was 170,and total digestible nutrients(TDN)content was 60%.The study indicates that Knight T is suitablefor cultivation in Qingyang City and other areas with similar climates.关键词
