西藏地区不同油菜品种(系)秸秆饲用品质分析OACSTPCD
Feeding quality analysis of straw of different rape varieties(lines)in Xizang
试验旨在探究西藏不同油菜品种(系)秸秆的饲用品质.以西藏普遍种植的10个油菜品种(系)为试验材料,对其秸秆粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维等8个营养指标进行测定,采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析方法对秸秆营养品质进行评价.结果显示,油菜秸秆粗蛋白含量与粗脂肪含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与粗纤维含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);粗灰分含量与粗纤维含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);中性洗涤纤维含量与酸性洗涤纤维含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);酸性洗涤纤维含量与钙含量、磷含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);磷含量与钙含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).秸秆营养品质综合得分排序为:藏油3号>104005>166052-1>京华165>藏油5号>藏油12号>山油2号>彭波黄>湘油420>127025-1.研究表明,初步筛选出了适合西藏地区的优质油菜品种(系)秸秆为藏油3号、104005、166052-1,结果可为西藏地区油菜秸秆饲料化利用提供参考.
The experiment aims to explore the feeding quality of straw from different rape varieties in Xizang.Using 10 common rape varieties grown in Xizang as experimental materials,eight nutritional indicators,including crude protein,crude fat,and crude fiber of the straw were determined.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis methods were employed to evaluate the nutritional quality of the straw.The results showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between crude protein content and crude fat content in rape straw(P<0.0l),and a significant positive correlation between crude protein content and crude fiber content(P<0.05).Crude ash content showed a highly significant positive correlation with crude fiber content(P<0.0l),and neutral detergent fiber content showed a highly significant positive correlation with acid detergent fiber content(P<0.01).Acid detergent fiber content was negatively correlated with calcium content and phosphorus content(P<0.05).Phosphorus content and calcium content showed a highly significant positive correlation(P<0.01).The comprehensive score ranking of straw nutritional quality was as follows:Zangyou 3>104005>166052-1>Jinghua 165>Zangyou 5>Zangyou 12>Shanyou 2>Pengbohuang>Xiangyou 420>127025-1.The study indicates that high-quality rape varieties for straw in Xizang include Zangyou 3,104005,and 166052-1.The results can provide a reference for the utilization of rape straw as feed in Xizang.
