摘要
Abstract
Based on the human factors analysis and classification system,this study classifies the human factors affecting nuclear power plant events by analyzing the reports of 115 nuclear power plant LOERs(Licensed Operation Event Report,LOER).Then,the structural equation model method is used to obtain the path coefficients of each influencing factor.The judgment matrix of the analytic hierarchy model is obtained by comparing pairs,and then the weights of each factor are determined.Through the ranking analysis of the importance of human factors in nuclear power plants,the weak links of safety management in the operation of nuclear power plants are found,so as to promote the smooth operation of nuclear power plant systems.关键词
