Abstract
Food,as the basic substance that provides energy for the continuation of life,has played a pivotal role in different periods of the evolution of human civilization,which have gradually been listed as state-level intangible cultural heritage.With the development of the times,traditional food is also quietly changing with the tastes of the people.The innovation of intangible cultural heritage and the China chic food has opened up a new way for the rebirth of traditional Chinese food.This article takes the time-honored food intangible cultural heritage"Wufangzhai"as the research object,starts from the macro reality background of food intangible cultural heritage,gradually conducts value research and judgment on the brand of Wufangzhai,and summarizes the public relations of Wufangzhai in different periods trends,catering community construction and the layout of cultural communication under the empowerment of new media.This article hopes to explore the China chic path of intangible cultural heritage suitable for Chinese traditional food brands from the exploration of the innovative path of Wufangzhai.关键词
