基于竹加工废弃物的坐垫设计实践
CUSHION DESIGN BASED ON BAMBOO WASTE

Abstract
The utilization path of bamboo fiber in cushion field was explored by making full use of the material properties of bamboo waste.Firstly,through the analysis of literature and cases,the design principles of cushions are proposed.Secondly,the mechanical properties of the bamboo waste module were calibrated by experiments,and the modular arrangement scheme of the cushion was determined.Finally,the cushion was designed according to the principle and scheme,and the BPMS was used to verify it.The results showed that the cushion met the requirement of ideal pressure distribution,and the maximum and minimum pressures of cushion were consistent with the ideal values.These could expand the application of bamboo waste and improve its added value.Besides,the design method of bamboo waste cushion could also be used as a reference for the application of other natural fibers.关键词
