文章基于场景理论,提出了一套面向智能床睡眠舱的服务体验设计方法.通过问卷调研与用户旅程图定性研究客观场景下用户体验行为与需求;利用KANO模型与Better-Worse散点图定量研究产品功能优先级,以指导目标场景下的设计输出;设计实验并结合实际场景需求,进行概念设计调整与方案落地.以北京2022年冬季奥运会为项目背景,为冬奥会主媒体中心场馆提供一套智能床睡眠舱服务体验设计.通过冬奥会期间投放使用睡眠舱与小程序,验证了设计方法有效性.

The article proposes a service experience design method for smart bed sleeping pods based on scenario theory.Qualitative research on user experience behavior and needs in objective scenario through questionnaire survey and user journey map.The KANO model and Better-Worst diagram are used to quantitatively study the product function priority to guide the design output under the target scenario.Design experiments and combine the actual scenario requirements to adjust the concept design and implement the scheme.Relied on Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games,we provided a set of smart bed sleeping pods service experience design for the main media center.Proved the effectiveness of the design method by putting the sleeping pods and Mini programs into use during the Winter Olympic Games.
