The article aims to explore the process of transforming multi-role user needs into product requirements and apply it to the practical solutions for the optimization design of medical imaging cloud platforms.The study employed in-depth interviews and big data analysis to collect multi-role user requirements,including doctors and patients,from three top-tier hospitals in Beijing and Zhejiang.Based on the requirements transformation process,the product requirements were derived and used to optimize the cloud platform.Finally,the rationality of the optimization design was verified based on user feedback and online data.The study generated a prioritized list of requirements from multi-role users and a prototype design,and obtained the results of the optimization.The article provides reference and suggestions for the optimization design of medical imaging cloud platforms,which is expected to provide useful guidance for related work in the field of medical informationization.
