脱落酸及其调控植物次生代谢产物生物合成的研究进展OACSTPCD
Progress in abscisic acid and its regulation of biosynthesis of secondary metabolites in plants
次生代谢产物是植物长期进化过程中为了适应生态环境产生的天然有机化合物,近年来,随着生物技术的发展,植物次生代谢产物经济以及药用价值愈发引起广泛关注.但一些次生代谢产物因为其复杂的结构和合成路径以及在植物中极低的含量,使其不能低成本大量生产.脱落酸(ABA)作为调控植物生长发育过程中的重要植物激素之一,可以依靠自身的合成与分解、信号传导、激素互作等作用来调控次生代谢产物的合成.文章综述了ABA在生物合成与分解代谢以及信号转导等方面的新进展,归纳了ABA对不同类型次生代谢产物的调控作用,为合理利用植物激素提高植物次生代谢产物的产量提供依据.
Secondary metabolites are natural organic compounds produced in the long-term evolution of plants to adapt to the ecological environment,In recent years,with the development of biotechnology,the economic and medicinal value of plant secondary metabolites have attracted more and more attention.Mass production is steadily growing while the enhancement of production of target products is still a tough matter as the complexity of some important secondary metabolite chemical construction,synthetic pathway and low content in plants.abscisic acid(ABA)is an important plant hormone regulating growth and development,it can rely on its own synthetic pathway,signal transduction,and hormone interactions to regulate the production of secondary metabolites.This article reviews the new progress of ABA in biosynthesis,catabolism,and signalling transduction,and summarizes the regulation of different types of secondary metabolites by ABA,and it provides a basis for rational use of plant hormones to increase the yield of plant secondary metabolites.
