《诸病源候论》脾胃病导引法探析
Analysis on the daoyin of spleen and stomach diseases in Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun
摘要
Abstract
The book Treatise on the Origins and Manifestations of Various Diseases(Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun)is the earliest existing monograph on etiology.The book records a large number of symptoms related to spleen and stomach diseases and provides guidance and treatment methods.The effect of daoyin involves three aspects of regulating body,breath and mind,and each has its own emphasis.This article summarizes and analyzes the treatment rules of spleen and stomach diseases daoyin by Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun from the perspective of the three adjustments of the skill.It is found that when treating spleen and stomach diseases daoyin by Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun.Attention should be paid to regulating the qi movement,mainly including"gravity muscle exercise"regulating the qi movement in and out,"closing the qi to regulate the breath"regulating the qi movement up and down,and"guiding the qi with the mind"to enhance the effect of regulating the body and breath.关键词
