摘要

Abstract

Based on TOPSIS method,this paper constructs the grey correlation TOPSIS method of CRITIC weight through the CRITIC weight and grey correlation theory,and then applies it twice in space and time,so that short-term evaluation of panel data can be carried out.According to the new evaluation method,the paper measures and analyzes the development level of digital economy of 31 provinces in China from 2015 to 2020.The results go as below:The development level of China's digital economy is significantly different between regions,mainly depending on the differences among the three regions,and has an expanding trend.Beijing and Shanghai rank the top 2,while Zhejiang,Guangdong,Fujian,Tianjin and Jiangsu rank third to seventh.Guizhou and Qinghai have made great progress in the development of digital economy,while the ranking of the three northeastern provinces has regressed significantly.The state transfer of the inter-provincial digital economy development level is difficult;the cross-level state transfer basically does not occur;the lower-level state is a poverty trap,and the provinces trapped in it are difficult to im-prove themselves.The development level of China's digital economy has spatial clustering phenomenon,and the results based on the paired t-test show that the digital economy can break the geographical restrictions to a certain extent.
