The Effect of Digital Economy on Common Prosperity and Its Mechanism Test

Abstract
Achieving common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of common prosperity with Chinese characteristics from the two di-mensions of overall prosperity and shared prosperity,and then uses dynamic GMM and intermediary effect model to investigate the influence mechanism of digital economy on common prosperity.The results show that China's common prosperity index is on the rise,showing the spatiotemporal non-balance of"strong in the east and weak in the west",that digital economy has an obvious driving effect on common prosperity,and that digital economy mainly improves the level of common prosperity through three chan-nels:industrial structure upgrading,market allocation and entrepreneurship.关键词
