Evaluation and Spatial Difference Measurement of Regional Innovation Development Ability
摘要
Abstract
Regional innovation development ability is an important influencing factor in obtaining competitive advantage in regional development process.This paper selects 20 observable indicators from the four subsystems of regional innovation develop-ment scale,regional innovation development conditions,regional innovation development vitality,and regional innovation develop-ment environment to construct the evaluation index system of regional innovation development ability,then adopts the entropy weight method of panel data to comprehensively evaluate the innovation development ability of 31 provinces in China from 2014 to 2019,and finally uses Theil index and Moran's index to analyze the spatial difference characteristics of innovation development ability,thus providing reference for realizing coordinated development of regional innovation and development ability.关键词
