耐盐促生菌提高盐胁迫下植物生长的研究进展OACSTPCD
Research progress on enhancing plant growth under salt stress by salt-tolerant growth-promoting bacteria
土壤盐渍化是全世界面临的环境难题之一,严重影响作物的生长发育.而施用耐盐促生菌能够快速、高效提高植物的生长量,改善盐渍土壤的性质.介绍了耐盐促生菌的种类,从其促生机制、提高植物耐盐机制的角度出发,阐述了盐胁迫下耐盐促生菌在不同植物中的应用.今后还需加强对耐盐促生菌的筛选、载体固定化以及与土著微生物的相互作用机制方面的研究,以期为耐盐促生菌进一步的大规模使用提供参考.
Soil salinization,which is one of the environmental problems facing the world,seriously affects the growth and development of crops.The application of salt-tolerant growth-promoting bacteria can not only quickly and efficiently increase plant growth,but also improve the properties of saline soil.Herein,we described the species of salt-tolerant growth-promoting bacteria and their applications in different plants under salt stress.Then we summarized their mechanisms in promoting plant growth and improving salt tolerance.In the end,we presented the outlook of the research on salt-tolerant bacteria,including the screening capacity,carrier immobilization and the interaction mechanism with indigenous microorganisms.This review will provide a reference for future large-scale use of salt-tolerant growth-promoting bacteria.
